 THE BLOGGER @ JennylouRaya.com

This here is a chronological archive of life… to share the thoughts in my head that can help and inspire other women like me. I share with you tips, resources, and anything else that may be of interest to any woman that is an entrepreneur, stay-at-home wife or mom, working, domestic diva or anything in between. Everything from San Diego sights, cooking organic and local foods, staying healthy, raising happy and holy children, sewing, crafting, grooming myself to be a better wife and mother, frugal living, discovering San Diego, and finding ways to earn and stretch the mighty dollar can be found here. Currently growing spiritually and a wider network of great friends… So if you are interested in this  life, read my BLOG.

                                                                          The BOSS

BOSS (Branding & Online Specialist for the Solopreneur).  This stemmed from the demand of those around me wondering how they too can do what I do -  and have done – such as making money online with blogging, websites, and  e-commerce via direct sales.  I help people brand themselves and teach them how to increase their presence online.  In a nutshell, I sell YOU to YOU.  I sell you on why you should brand yourself online, around your product or services, and how others can have the opportunity to buy into YOU.  We all have something to sell.  People will always buy, so why not sell and have them buy from you?  If you are looking for help in branding yourself online and offline, I can do that with you.

Speaking of branding,  I am naturally branded or labelled as a “stay at home mom” (SAHM) but am much more comfortable and consider myself a working mom.   I do not see myself as a SAHM, as I have never stopped working.  I have never even just “stayed at home” with the kids. The ‘stay-at-home-mom’ status is a much desired title, I’ve learned, and for some, a badge of honor but it is a word I cannot fully embrace because it is simply an inaccurate label of me and my lifestyle.  I do however embrace the ability to enjoy a lot of the things that a traditional working mom is not able to do.  I am in and out and about with the kids at all hours of the day and I am able to do as family demands, working on my children’s well-being first hand and have the ability to work on making my home beautiful between the hours of 9-5, if I choose. =)  If you are wanting to do the same, read on.

                                                          The MOMTREPRENEUR

I have worked all sorts of jobs since the age of 16 and got out of the rat race shortly after the birth of my first child in 2007.  I never thought I would be “home” and be who or what I am today.  It was as if my daughter’s birth also gave birth to a new heart and to the entrepreneurial side of me.  In the last 4 years in motherhood, I have since started, finished, quit, and carried on several and those I have shared with you on in my posts.  Aside from online work, I am a wholesaler  of high quality candles and jewelry.

I am a SAFE & TOXIN-FREE CANDLE PEDDLER and

a CHARMS & LOCKETS DESIGNER.

It pays bills nicely and easily.

I also teach others how to blog, and design/sell domains and websites.

If you have any questions about anything and everything I do, simply ask ;)

The almost 400 posts on this blog has been a collection of  everything above and postings from different sites into this one… my online notepad, I suppose.  There was event a point in time when I started trolling online for adult conversation with other mothers while the kids slept and my blog posts reflected a lot of this.  My blog postings have ranged from the lightest of topics to the controversial.  For example, The ‘Advice & Rants’ column was an attempt to help other women, mostly those deciding on getting a divorce think otherwise.  I quit that pretty quickly as I learned that they did not want advice on making it work, they wanted justification on why one should leave and that is a losing battle!  I also post on what is currently going on in the world. For example, election year, I was quite political. Depending where you are on the spectrum, you would have loved me or hated me.  I meant no disrespect to anyone who came across and read them (I have since set these to private) but for future heavy posts,  just remember, I am merely writing from my limited viewpoints and angles.  I would like to know yours on your blog where I will respect your words too.  If it makes you  feel any better, I am not very political anymore. I do read up on the issues, and vote.  And as always, I do welcome logical, organized, and well put comments.  And remember, there is always the X button on the corner too.
